From a very young age, I felt a deep connection to the Divine. I was raised in the High Episcopal Church, but by early adolescence was eager to explore beyond the highly structured faith system. I accompanied friends to Presbyterian, Baptist, and Catholic churches, to temples and synagogues, and even to the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. It was not until after spending four years in the heart of the Bible Belt in the deep South, that I came into my own with my spirituality.
Today, most of my friends and clients would describe me as one of the more spiritual people they know. My connection to Source guides everything that I do, and is my very foundation. Yet, unlike other ministers, I do not limit myself to rigid beliefs about God, but instead embrace a broader approach based on healthy values, commitment and unwaivering faith. I was ordained by the American Fellowship Church as it allows me to practice and serve from this perspective.
While I perform a variety of services as a minister, I can't think of a more joyful experience than helping people celebrate their commitment to one another!
